Simple return process
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Most items are eligible for return, including clothing, accessories, and home goods. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
We provide free return shipping labels for defective items. For other returns, shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless you have our premium membership.

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label we'll email you.
Pack items in original packaging when possible, attach the return label, and drop off at any carrier location.
Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Simply request an exchange when initiating your return.
If you receive a defective item, we'll send a replacement immediately at no charge. Contact customer service for expedited processing.
If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund and notify you when the item is back in stock.
